Bell assembly mounts on the inside of the door and the pull handle is mounted on the outside through the door into the bell. When handle is pulled up it will  trip the bell and ring. The brass  T handle base,  measures 4 7/8" x 2 1/4" long and T handle 2 1/2" long x 2 3/8" out from plate.  Brass bell with a cast iron base measures 4 1/4" diameter.  The Bell is ccomplete and restored ready to be installed  on  any door thickness up to 2".
