Chest Locks are used on Blanket Chest
or Tool Chest. The keeper is placed on the lid of the chest and the lock is mortised
(1 5/16" x 1 1/2" x
3/8") on the inside of the chest, facing (as pictured)
to the outside of the chest. A
hole is cut 7/8" down from the top in the chest to match the key hole
center. The Lock measures 1
1/2" x
2 1/2" and is keyed, restored and ready to be installed.
